Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of corporate-law experience, including basic contract, governance, and M&A work; tax and securities experience is a plus.

Strong writing, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with others are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate law experience.
• Experience with basic contract, corporate governance, and merger & acquisition work.
• Tax and securities experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Industry Group across TN, KY, and Southern Ohio markets on corporate matters.
• Work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments and demonstrate strong project management.
