Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Corporate Attorney to provide pragmatic legal solutions and strategic business counsel to the E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations units. The role emphasizes advising on commercial transactions, compliance questions, and training business partners to understand legal considerations.

Corporate Attorney will provide legal counsel and advice to business partners on all aspects of commercial business transactions, including structure, key commercial terms and legal terms; answer questions and provide counsel on compliance; and provide training to business partners. This Attorney will serve as the primary legal partner to the E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations business units, by providing pragmatic legal solutions and strategic business counsel.
