Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Licensing Associate for the Licensing & Technology Transactions practice in Boston, MA. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including licensing and collaboration agreements for life sciences and software.

You will collaborate with biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and digital health clients, advise on IP and regulatory issues, and support strategic transactions while staying current on evolving industry developments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for life sciences and technology clients.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.
  • Understanding of software licensing, SaaS, and technology transactions.
  • Familiarity with data privacy issues in technology agreements and AI applications.
  • Experience with clients in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, digital health, and medical device industries.

Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated Licensing Associate to join their Licensing & Technology Transactions practice in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will collaborate with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and software companies to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including licensing and collaboration agreements. They will also support strategic transactions and advise on intellectual property and regulatory issues.
