BCG Attorney Search in Anchorage seeks a Corporate Associate for Emerging Growth with 4-7 years of law firm experience to advise venture capital funds and emerging companies on debt and equity financings, and M&A.

You will provide outside general counsel services and manage client relationships, with strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills essential for success in a fast-paced Mountain West market.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in a top-tier law firm.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
