Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney in Austin, TX. You will advise startups and emerging growth companies on corporate matters and transactions, and support seed, venture capital, growth equity, and private equity financings.

You will assist with M&A, public offerings, and underwritings, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and working alongside other attorneys and clients throughout the deal process.

Qualifications

• JD required with 2021/2022 class.
• Preferably barred in TX.
• Experience at a large law firm and growth/PE deal experience.
