Qualifications

We are seeking a third or fourth year (2010 or 2011 JD) corporate associate for a Seattle law office.This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate matters, including 1934 Act reporting, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging company work.
