Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of corporate and transactional experience.
• Licensed to practice in specified U.S. jurisdictions.
• Working knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts.

Education

Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Massachusetts.

Skills
