Qualifications

• 3+ years of big 4 consulting background.
• MBA required.
• Experience and leadership in Business Strategy and Process Optimization including: Business and Growth Strategy Development, Financial, Business and Process Analysis, Competitive Research & Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Strategic Roadmap & Execution Plans, Executive Management & Communications, Continuous Process Improvement.

• Lead, develop and deliver enterprise-wide or business-unit strategies to deliver business outcomes.
• Direct development of complex situation assessments in dynamic industries.
• Coach and lead teams through research, data gathering, analysis and synthesis to present a compelling client narrative.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop and deliver the creation of enterprise wide and/or business-unit-level strategies to demonstrate the what, why and how to deliver business outcomes
• Direct the development of complex situation assessments for organizations in highly dynamic, ambiguous and innovative industries
• Coach and lead team members through research and assessment activities, including data-gathering, analysis, and data synthetization, to provide a digestible and compelling narrative to our customers
• Provide key perspectives and thought leadership on emerging trends and their impact on industry and client opportunities and challenges
• Build capabilities of the client team to think and work together as Strategist through the strategy development process
• Mentor and lead other Strategists to grow in their expertise, taking an active leadership role in Slalom’s strategy communities
• Build project and program-level roadmaps that enable long-term client success and align to Slalom-enabled work
• Provide process mapping guidance for the team and support complex process mapping portfolios
• Understand and lead client outcome and deal strategies to drive solution details
• Build and create strategy opportunities and solutions, including Slalom’s cost estimates, staffing plans, team structure and project timeline

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

The targeted base salary pay range for an Associate Consultant in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $98,000 to $110,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $80,000 to $115,000. And for all other locations the range is $73,000 to $95,000.

The targeted base salary pay range for Consultant in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $102,000 to $147,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $94,000 to $135,000. And for all other locations the range is $86,000 to $120,000.

The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $131,000 to $185,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $149,000 to $176,000. And for all other locations the range is $137,000 to $160,000.

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
