Foothills Bank is seeking a BSA/AML Investigator to monitor and investigate high-risk customers within the BSA/AML/CFT Department. The investigator prepares QARs, documents findings in HRCR, updates the DDM review module, and ensures compliance with policy.
This corporate position may be located in any division across our nine-state footprint. Entry rate starts at $18.82 per hour in Kalispell, MT, with adjustments for location, experience, and education.
The BSA/AML Investigator reports to the Corporate EDD Supervisor and is responsible for the monitoring and investigation of High Risk Customers within the BSA/AML/CFT Department in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. The investigator prepares Questionable Activity Referrals based on findings from assigned investigations and documents findings in the HRCR review folder, updates the DDM review module, and completes the review in compliance with policy.
This is a Corporate position which may be located in an available bank division across our nine-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY.
Entry rate starts at $18.82 per hour in Kalispell, MT, adjusted for location, experience, and education.
WA Applicants Only: Spokane, WA range $21.01 to $31.53 an hour. Wenatchee, WA range $21.31 to $31.97 an hour.

Occasional travel (less than 10 days per year) by automobile, commercial airlines, rental vehicles, or public transportation, and lodging in public facilities.
Indoor, climate‑controlled shared workspace. Moderate noise. Lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally. Mostly sedentary work with occasional walking and standing.
