Legence is seeking a Corporate AI Transformation Lead to implement AI solutions across finance, accounting, HR, IT, legal, and procurement. The role trains teams, deploys working solutions, and drives day-to-day adoption, acting as the corporate counterpart to E&C and I&M Applied AI Leads.

The Corporate AI Transformation Lead implements AI solutions for the company's corporate and shared‑services functions — finance, accounting, HR, IT, legal, and procurement. Working within the strategy and governance set by leadership, this role builds and deploys working solutions, trains those teams to use them, and drives day‑to‑day adoption. It is the corporate‑function counterpart to the E&C and I&M Applied AI Leads — same mission and seniority, different business domain. It implements; it does not set AI strategy or governance.
Base salary: $145,000-$180,000 per year.
