A leading financial services firm located in Canton, MA, is offering a ten-to-twelve-week internship for undergraduate students. This hybrid position allows for remote work while providing valuable hands-on experience within the US Corporate Actions team. This is a hybrid position primarily based in Canton, MA. We’re committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week.

This ten-to-twelve-week internship program will run from 1st June to August 2026. Successful interns may be offered returning internships and / or a full-time position with us upon graduation.

A role you will love

Join us for a ten-to-twelve-week internship opportunity where you’ll join our US Corporate Actions team and work with some of the most seasoned and established professionals from the fields of corporate actions consulting and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) services.

As part of your internship, you’ll join weekly info sessions that will boost your understanding of corporate actions and give you a deeper look into how our business operates. You’ll get hands‑on experience working across different teams, analyzing data, reviewing documents, and contributing to real projects.
