Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced professional to act as the liaison for issuers, custodians, and market participants, coordinating corporate actions and equity listings. You will support ticker changes, IPO launches, and symbol transfers while handling trade desk inquiries and maintaining key documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in capital markets, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel; a bachelor's degree is preferred. This onsite position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in securities, trading, or capital markets.
• Working knowledge of U.S. equities markets.
• Experience supporting corporate actions (ticker/CUSIP changes, stock splits, IPOs).
• Strong customer-facing experience with issuers, market makers, custodians, or traders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for issuers, custodians, and Lead Market Makers (LMMs).
• Coordinate corporate actions including ticker changes, CUSIP changes, stock splits, and rebranding events.
• Support equity listings, IPO launches, and symbol transfers.
• Handle trade desk inquiries related to trading activity, auctions, and order issues.
• Monitor daily reports, bulletins, and distribution processes.
• Manage access and support for the Cboe Issuer Portal.
• Work closely with Listings Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Test and support enhancements to listings and corporate actions systems.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and draft technical notices.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of experience in the securities, trading, exchange operations, or capital markets industry
