Job summary

firstPRO, Inc is seeking a Corporate Accounting & Reporting Lead in Malvern, PA for a global organization. The role focuses on intercompany accounting, financial reporting, allocations, and process improvements within a strong internal controls framework.

This full‑time, hybrid position offers a base salary up to $115,000 with annual bonus potential of $21,000–$23,000 and a company retirement contribution of 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong reconciliation, analysis, and financial reporting experience.
• Intercompany accounting and/or transfer pricing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, and settlements.
• Oversee allocation models and validate monthly financial results.
• Perform variance and trend analysis and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls and support audit requests.
• Assist with automation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Technology, Legal, and other business teams.

Our client, a global organization, is hiring a Corporate Accounting & Reporting Lead to join its team. This position offers exposure to complex, global accounting operations with a focus on intercompany accounting, financial reporting, allocations, and process improvement. ***3 days onsite

Responsibilities:

• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, and settlements
• Oversee allocation models and validate monthly financial results
• Perform variance and trend analysis and communicate findings to key stakeholders
• Maintain internal controls and support audit requests
• Assist with automation, system enhancements, and process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Technology, Legal, and other business teams
