Job summary

SkyWater is partnering with a nationally renowned retailer headquartered in the Twin Cities to add an experienced accounting professional to their team. This role focuses on owning core GL responsibilities while collaborating across the organization on forecasting, analysis, controls, and special projects.

We seek someone curious, self-driven, and eager to understand the business behind the numbers. Hybrid in the western Twin Cities metro.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in industry.
• Strong GAAP / general ledger foundation.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Large ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across the business.

From a role standpoint, we're looking for an experienced accountant who wants more than a traditional month-end close position. You'll own core GL responsibilities while also partnering across the organization on forecasting, analysis, controls, process improvement and special projects. The team is specifically looking for someone who is curious, self-driven and enjoys understanding the business behind the numbers.
