PracticeLink, Ltd. is assisting in the recruitment of a BC/BE Cornea-Trained Ophthalmologist to join an established Salem practice. The position offers a competitive guaranteed salary with production-based bonus potential and a clear path to partnership after two years.

Join a respected team of five ophthalmologists and four optometrists with an established patient base. Surgery occurs at an adjacent ASC recognized for quality care, supported by strong clinical staff and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible ophthalmologist with cornea specialization.
• Experience in comprehensive ophthalmology and corneal surgery ideal.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Assume the practice of a retiring partner in Salem, Oregon.
• Join a group of 5 ophthalmologists and 4 optometrists.
• Perform cataract and cornea-related surgeries with established patient base.
• Work at an adjacent ambulatory surgery center with strong clinical support.
