Curative is seeking a Cornea Ophthalmologist to join a Chattanooga-based practice with 14 physicians and a strong referral base. The role emphasizes high surgical volume (up to 30 cases/week), adult patient population, and OR time in a physician-owned ASC across multiple locations.

Compensation includes a guaranteed salary of $400,000-$450,000 plus 30% collections sharing, with production incentives around 35%, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation/signing options.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship training in Cornea and External Disease.

Responsibilities

• Cornea-focused ophthalmology practice with high surgical volume and dedicated OR time.
• Work across 2-3 office locations and an ASC with multiple ORs.
• Contribute to an adult surgical patient population and collaborative practice culture.
