Job summary

Comprehensive EyeCare Partners, in partnership with Texan Eye, seeks a Fellowship Trained Cornea Specialist in Austin, TX. Join a multidisciplinary team and a turnkey practice with a loyal patient panel and strong referral networks.

The role includes centralized scheduling, support staff, and access to an on-site LASIK center. Ideal candidate brings extensive cornea surgery experience, including crosslinking, complex cataracts, LASIK/PRK, and DSAEK/DMEK.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate is experienced in all corneal surgeries including crosslinking, refractive and complex cataracts, Lasik, PRK, transplants, DSAEK, DMEK, and complex anterior segments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cornea care within a multidisciplinary ophthalmology group.
• Collaborate with subspecialists (Glaucoma, Retina, Oculoplastics, Cataract) to coordinate patient care.
• Manage centralized surgical counseling, scheduling, and testing to support efficient clinical flow.
• Optionally participate in an in-house research track with administrative coordination.
• Operate within the largest stand-alone LASIK center in the region; triage and EHR support.
