Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a production operator to run core winding and related processes for transformer production. You will set up and operate the winding machinery, read measurements, and ensure dimensions match the core specification sheet while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to use measuring devices, operate pallet jack/forklift, and perform preventative maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Read, use, and understand measuring devices
Be punctual, reliable and have a good work ethic
Must be able to work well with others and foster teamwork
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Experience working with hand tools

Responsabilités

Operate a core winding machine to produce transformers according to core specifications
Use and understand measurement devices to follow product dimensions on the core specification sheet
Operate a pallet jack and/or forklift
Set up and run the machine for production
Keep work areas clean and organized
Operate a spot welder
Follow safety rules and ISO requirements
Ensure adherence to OSHA standards
Perform preventative maintenance of machines
Build winding mandrels
Identify proper materials for production
Adhere to company rules and policies
Build of winding mandrels
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Assure that all products meet the highest standard of quality
