Job summary

Mission Driven Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency’s M&S Production team. You will focus on CTM software development, requirements definition, and verification, including containerization efforts.

The role involves collaboration with government and prime contractors across MDS and CTM projects. You will lead technical discussions, participate in planning events, and help ensure effective integration of systems engineering

Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM field.
• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in model and simulation development.
• Experience in Agile and Lean software development principles.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
• Experience in software containerization development concepts.
• Experience in model and simulation requirements development.
• Experience in model and simulation verification and validation.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review CTM requirements and diagrams.
• Develop and review APIs and other interface documents from Missile Defense System participants and M&S enablers.
• Lead and facilitate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Program Increment Planning activities.
• Develop and review verification and validation plan for CTM development and coordination with the accrediting organization.
• Draft and review technical documents, briefings, white papers, etc.
• Support strategic planning of CTM System Engineering processes.
• Define and develop the interface with MDA Ground Test Framework and ITS tools.

MDR is looking for an amazingly skilled and talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will provide engineering support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Production team. Focused on requirements definition, elaboration and verification in support of Missile Defense framework and Core Truth Model (CTM) software development to include software containerization development. Work will involve interaction between the Government and Prime Contractors in support of MDA's M&S and integration and test programs. May be asked to analyze the integration of systems engineering processes and methodologies to ensure effectiveness of this work. • Develop and review CTM requirements and diagrams
• Develop and review Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and other interface documents from Missile Defense System participants and Modeling and Simulation enablers
• Lead and facilitate technical discussions and collaboration activities with both internal and external stakeholders to include Prime Contractors and the Missile Defense elements
• Actively participate in Program Increment Planning activities
• Develop and review verification and validation plan for CTM development and coordination with the accrediting organization
• Draft and review technical documents, briefings, white papers, etc
• Plays a role in overall functional strategic planning of CTM System Engineering processes within the organization
• Define and develop the interface with MDA Ground Test Framework and Integrated Software Center tools

What Preferred Skills You'll Bring

• Experience working with the missile defense system and the Missile Defense Agency
• Experience with OPTISIG, KIDD, OSC, SAG, or other Core Truth Models.
• Experience with MDA ground and flight test event, Continuous Development Integration (CDI) and activities supported by M&S products and services
• Experience with analysis, test, and systems engineering of M&S for one or more elements of the MDS (i.e. Patriot, THAAD, GMD, Sensors, or C2)
• Practical experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and other languages typically used for system modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture framework and UML)
