Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking candidates for a laboratory-focused production role in a cGMP environment. You will perform sterile product tasks, follow SOPs, and maintain strict documentation and training during initial periods.

Ideal candidates have lab experience or a life sciences degree and can work rotating 12-hour shifts with strong attention to detail in a cleanroom setting, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory or cGMP manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred; high school diploma with relevant lab experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products in a cGMP environment.
• Follow written procedures, SOPs, and work instructions with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work in a cleanroom environment requiring full PPE including gowning, gloves, mask, and hood.
• Identify and report deviations from established procedures or accepted practices.
• Support maintenance of quality systems and manufacturing compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanroom integrity and contamination control practices.
• Support training and onboarding activities during initial training period.
• Help ensure smooth shift operations in a rotating 12-hour schedule.
• Maintain documentation and production records accurately.

• Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments and regulatory compliance
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions precisely
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Basic understanding of biological or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and extended training schedules
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability in production settings

Education/Experience:
