Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Core Sales Representative to join our security business unit in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on acquiring new commercial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems, conducting needs assessments, and presenting tailored solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems.
• Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/Marketing or related field.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Core Sales Representative to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems
• Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $55,855.00 – $65,711.00 annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
