FieldPulse is a high-growth field service management software built for trades. The Product Manager, Core Product will own the end-to-end strategy, development, and performance of FieldPulse’s core platform experience.

The role requires leading initiatives from discovery through launch, conducting customer research, analyzing performance, and delivering detailed functional requirements to improve usability and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Interest in technical concepts (APIs, systems) with eagerness to learn.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Customer-focused mindset with understanding of UX impact on business.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver value.
• Conduct customer research and analyze product data to inform features.
• Create PRDs and mockups; partner with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• Develop expertise in scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments.
