Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering on complex Java projects, mentoring teammates, and guiding architecture while working with Spring, Camel, and messaging systems. Strong BAU handling required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of core Java server backend development experience.
• Proficient with JDK 11 or 17 and enterprise Java stacks.
• Hands-on with Spring, Camel, REST APIs and messaging (Kafka/ActiveMQ).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and basic observability/monitoring.

Responsibilities

Project description

This is a position within the Derivatives Development team for a Senior Java Developer. Looking for a candidate with strong hands‑on experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, and messaging technologies. Can handle multiple priorities / task & handle BAU book of work.

Responsibilities

• Hands on Senior Java Developer with enterprise development experience, Spring Framework, and messaging technologies
• Work with multiple business teams
• Provide work estimates as needed
• Develop system architectures, designs and concepts
• Provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to the development team
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Participate in all phases of software delivery lifecycle from analysis through support.
