Accenture is seeking a Finance implementation specialist with solid experience in Oracle Cloud Financial and EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) to lead financial transformations. You will assess the current state of the client’s finance function, design processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in for future-state solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in Oracle implementations, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant implementation experience in Oracle applications (Cloud and EBS).
• Solid implementation experience across 5+ Oracle Application programs within finance.
• Strong capabilities in designing finance processes and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Assess current state of the client finance function and capabilities.
• Understand and design finance processes; identify opportunities for efficiencies and controls.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to secure buy-in for future-state designs.
• Contribute to business development (proposals, diagnostics, solutions).

Job Title - Oracle Financials + Level (Team Lead) + Entity (MMD) Management Level : 09 – Team Lead Location: Any Accenture India Location Must have skills: Oracle Cloud Financial and EBS Functional Experience (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM), revenue Management Good to have skills: Tax, Expense Management, Project Portfolio Management Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant implementation experience is required from similar organizations Educational Qualification: Preferably CA/MBA(Finance)/Cost Accountant/B Com/M Com Job Summary: A Finance implementation specialist who has solid implementation experience in 5+ Oracle Application programs in Cloud and EBS with in-depth hands-on experience in the above modules. Roles & Responsibilities: Assess the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations Understand and design finance processes, and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solution, diagnostics etc.) Provide Solution inputs, Design overall solution and interfaces required with other systems Act as point of contact for the stream and liaise between business users and the Implementation team Interact with business leads to gather requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud/EBS collaborate with the technical development team on solution design, test, re-work and sign off, and work with business leads to implement the solution developed. Professional & Technical Skills: Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. Excellent trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving.
