Serve as attending/faculty physicians in the residency continuity clinic supervising residents.
Provide direct patient care for patients.
Assist in developing, directing, and managing the Internal Medicine residency program.
Administer and maintain an educational environment conducive to educating residents in each of the ACGME competency areas.
Regularly participate in organized clinical discussions, rounds, including journal clubs and conferences.
Serve as role models and mentors for the residents.
Participate in scholarly activity and quality improvement projects with the residents.

The core faculty will also be provided academic titles with our Houston Methodist Academic Institute and our Medical School affiliates such as Weill Cornell Medical College and/or Texas A & M College of Medicine. Ultimate title of Assistant/Associate/Full Clinical Professor is commensurate with experience.
