You will lead engagements in the Banking and Capital Markets sector, building strong client connections while guiding teams and delivering high-quality solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will manage and inspire others, apply broad software knowledge, and navigate complex situations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Experience in banking projects and technology integration.
• Strong project and resource management.
