Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Hebron, Kentucky to perform cord blood and tissue processing or testing, including ABO, Hematology and Flow Cytometry. You will maintain production records, ensure quality specifications, and learn cGMP, cGTP and AABB guidelines.

The work schedule is 4 ten-hour days, with one weekend day. Responsibilities include training on processing disciplines, managing blood products, LN2 freezers, and collaborating with a fast-paced team using MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life or natural sciences.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Understanding of cGMP, cGTP, and AABB Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Train on all aspects of cord blood or tissue processing and a basic scientific understanding of human cells.
• Ability to use aseptic technique.
• Able to organize, establish and complete priorities.
• Position requires handling blood and blood products; working with LN2 freezers; working with large LN2 vapor phase storage tanks.
• Strict attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic.
• Ability to work in a collaborative style in a fast-paced team environment.
• Essential skills in MS Office and Excel.
