Duke Cannon Supply Co. is seeking a seasoned Copywriter to join its in‑house creative team in Minneapolis. The role involves developing engaging copy for packaging, web, email, social media, scripts and other marketing assets, while maintaining editorial standards and brand voice.

You will collaborate with design and marketing teams, translate complex ideas into concise language, and contribute to campaigns. On-site in Minneapolis with a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple media.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to think strategically and write creatively under tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of brand voice and tone.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Broadcast and social video experience.
• Experience with DTC, content strategy, SEO and user‑centered messaging.
• Experience working with a CPG company.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana, Wrike, or Sprout.

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive base salary ranging from $84,000 to $100,000, plus performance‑based bonus.

Benefits include health and dental insurance, HSA and 401(k) with company contributions, tuition reimbursement, monthly parking stipend, and regular team events.

Work Location and Hours

On‑site role based in the Minneapolis office. Regular office presence required Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
