Job summary

P10 is seeking a Copy Supervisor to join our creative team in a remote-capable role. You will generate ideas, shape work, and connect tactical execution to broader brand and strategic objectives. You’ll influence ideation, planning, and client-facing presentations while navigating routing and med-legal processes.

You will report to an Associate Creative Director, collaborating with art directors and cross-functional partners to maintain a consistent, strong creative voice across channels.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in a copywriting role within an agency or healthcare/pharma/regulatory setting.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and cross-disciplinary integration.
• Ability to concept and execute long-form and multimedia content.
• Proven voice with storytelling that aligns with brand objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Deliver long-form writing independently (IVAs, websites, campaign materials).
• Write for video and multimedia with clear narrative structure.
• Elevate ideation and contribute to concept development at the early stages.
• Link tactical work to overarching brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with art directors to strengthen the art-copy dynamic.
• Present work to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Work independently on smaller initiatives within client settings.
