Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a General Cleaner for part-time 2nd shift. The role covers cleaning duties including restrooms, dusting, and floors, with attention to safety. Flexible hours and a customer-focused environment are emphasized.

The position offers a 7pm-9pm shift on Tuesdays and Thursdays at $16/hr, plus benefits such as a 401(k) plan and Daily Pay option. Prior high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean building areas: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and trash disposal per health regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms.
• Inform management immediately of potential safety risks or needed repairs.
• Monitor building security by locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
