Job summary

Ind Pallet Corp in Greencastle, IN is seeking a motivated CDL A driver to join our team. You’ll represent IPC with professionalism on every delivery and pickup, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure on-time service.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be on-call and contribute to loading and unloading as needed.
• Care about people, not just pallets, and represent IPC with integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Be the Face Of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve— on time, every time .
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew—because teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe— DOT compliance and safety first , always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.

Live the Culture

• Bring good energy to work every day. No egos. No drama.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You’ve got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record with 2 years of experience .
