Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• About 1 year of experience operating rolling or industrial equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing or metal processing is highly valued.
• Experience with copper or non-ferrous metals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate rolling mill machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Set rolling parameters per product specifications.
• Monitor product quality throughout the rolling process.
• Observe operating conditions and detect deviations.
• Collect samples for quality inspection and testing.
• Record production quantities and downtime in systems.
• Keep rolling equipment ready to minimize interruptions.
• Report equipment problems and unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supervisory teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Follow 5S workplace organization practices.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
