Precision and adherence to safety are essential. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and work orders, preparing parts, selecting fillers, inspecting joints, maintaining equipment, and supporting Lean and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading blueprints and work instructions preferred.
• Prior brazing, welding or metal-joining experience helpful.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Join Copper/Brass components using brazing methods (torch, induction, or furnace).
• Prepare parts by cleaning, aligning, and securing before brazing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Inspect brazed joints for quality, penetration, and integrity.
• Maintain records of production activities and materials used.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Support Lean and 5S and quality initiatives.
