Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a skilled content designer to develop, own, and scale high-quality skilling content for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. You will craft engaging videos, tutorials, and workshops that drive adoption across partners and nonprofit clients.

Additionally, you will advise on responsible AI governance, help shape learning pathways, and collaborate with NGOs and skilling partners to deliver impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Experience creating instructional video content with a portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with video production tools and learning content platforms (e.g., LMS, authoring tools).
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles.
• Deep nonprofit sector knowledge—understand mission impact and funding constraints.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own high-quality skilling content for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Produce instructional video content from scripting to publishing.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption, governance, and change management for partners and clients.
• Lead design and delivery of skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways.
• Partner with NGOs and skilling partners to assess needs and deliver impactful programs.
