EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of Copilot-based agents within governance knowledge platforms.

You will configure, test, and optimize agent behavior, RAG strategies, and content taxonomy across SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 ecosystems. The role emphasizes accuracy, citation integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and governance teams to support compliant deployments and scalable, reusable agent

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles.
• Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI and Machine Learning services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building and configuring AI agents.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with program lead and stakeholders to clarify platform requirements and expectations around agent behavior.
• Analyze governance documentation and specs to produce clear, accurate, and well-cited agent configurations.
• Design, configure, and maintain Copilot agents addressing functional and persona-based dimensions.
• Implement thorough RAG strategies to verify answer accuracy and citation reliability.
• Build content architecture, metadata, and taxonomy for AI consumption.
• Plan and evaluate search relevance tuning and agent quality assessments.
