TDS Telecom is seeking a Coordinator-Work Order Support to manage delayed orders, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure timely updates for customer installations.
You will drive progress on aging and unable-to-serve orders, update due dates, and escalate issues for rapid resolutions. Strong organizational skills and telecom provisioning knowledge are valued.
As the Coordinator-Work Order Support, you will be responsible for managing orders that are delayed, including those due to facility constraints, missing drops, or lack of Outside Plant (OSP) availabilityYou will focus on enabling service delivery by coordinating across internal and external partners to enable service delivery. You will ensure timely progression of orders, accurate system updates, and proactive communication to support customer installations.
Pay for this position is between $25.13 and $28/hr based on experience.
