# Coordinator, Videography## •### @thechicagostarsPosted on 11/12/2025•Full-time## Job Description**JOB TITLE:** Coordinator, Videography**DEPARTMENT:** Marketing**POSITION OVERVIEW**The Coordinator of Videography is a member of the Marketing Department and reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Content & Broadcast. This role contributes to a variety of business initiatives by capturing Chicago Stars home and away games, Corporate Partnerships events, community involvement, and other CSFC programming. We are looking for a young and versatile visual storyteller, with an emphasis on editing, finishing, and delivering a wide variety of content.\*\*ESSENTIAL DUTIES\*\*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be requested to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions• Demonstrate leadership in accordance with Chicago Stars FC mission, vision and values.• Capture and edit impactful, brand aligned, videos across multiple properties including but not limited to: Chicago Stars FC home and away matches, in-season and off-season practices, team media day, community functions, corporate initiatives, and internal/external events• Assist with the organization of all internal and external footage.• Fulfill footage requests for broadcasters, partners, and media and maintain knowledge of video library.• Participate in live game coverage on-site including travel to select away matches• Conceptualize and edit video content, with an emphasis on social media and long-form storytelling.• Support other aspects of the production and content department, including shoots, travel and other administrative duties.• May perform other duties as assigned.**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:**• 2-3 years of videography experience, ideally within sports, music, or lifestyle brands.• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of sports action, studio, and long-form videos.• Experience with digital cinema cameras, sound, and lighting techniques.• Strong video editing skills with an advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere (or equivalent NLE.)• Experience in other Adobe applications, notably After Effects.• Quick learner who can function in a fast-paced environment mandated by professional sports.• Demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.• Desire to push forward Chicago Stars’ style and voice while staying within the boundaries of its brand guidelines and workflows• Experience producing high-level sports videos, soccer experience a plus.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**• Capacity to lift 50lbs overhead.• Ability to work in inclement weather and varying temperatures• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.**LOCATION/SCHEDULE**• Work hours are generally 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
