Lindblad Expeditions seeks a proactive Trade Marketing Coordinator (B2B) to support consortia, strategic accounts, events, webinars and social content within a collaborative marketing team.
Reporting to the Director of Trade Marketing, this role collaborates with sales, expeditions, B2C and legal teams to ensure consistent, high‑impact messaging for travel advisors. The position offers a hybrid schedule in Seattle at $24–$28/hour with a bonus up to 5% annually.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive,solutions-drivenand detail-oriented work ethic and lead exemplary professionalism with our internal and external teams. They will develop ideas to integrate leads, program innovations as well as grow and nurture our Travel Advisor audiences in the business.
The Coordinator, Trade Marketing (B2B) plays a vital role in supporting the trade marketing teamin executing sales-aligned marketing initiatives forthe travel advisor and agency channel. Reporting directly to the Director of Trade Marketing, this role is designed for a rising marketing professional with the ambition and capability to grow into an Associate Manager position. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, including trade marketing, sales, expeditions, B2C marketing, and trade advertising, thecoordinatorhelps ensure consistent, high-impact messaging forthe travel trade.
Key areas of focus include consortia and strategic account marketing support, trade event coordination, educational webinars, social media content strategy and execution, lead-generating campaign support, and administrative tracking.
$24 - $28 an hour
Bonus of up to 5% annually
Hybrid Schedule: This position follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days in the Seattle office and 2 days working remotely
Using the English language, this person must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend policies, legal guidelines, correspondence, and memos. Must also possess the ability to effectively communicate--both in writing and orally--with a professional demeanor.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear. The employee will also be required to write and type. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
Positions based in our New York and Seattle offices follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely Monday and Friday. Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of their designated office.
Lindblad Expeditions determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
