Creator Nation is seeking a Social Content Coordinator to manage its day-to-day digital presence across social channels. This role will oversee content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen the company’s social presence and engagement.

You will report to the Director of Marketing & Communications, oversee Instagram and LinkedIn, coordinate content calendars, brief producers, engage with creators and fans, and drive performance insights with weekly

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing social channels for a brand.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn plus scheduling/analytics tools.
• Strong writing and attention to brand voice.
• Comfortable engaging publicly on behalf of a brand and its executives.
• Highly organized with multi-brand calendar management.
• Passion for the creator economy, music, and live entertainment.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Social Content Coordinator to manage Creator Nation’s day-to-day digital presence across its social channels. This role will oversee content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen the company’s social presence and engagement.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Report to the Director, Marketing & Communications
• Oversee day-to-day management of Creator Nation's social channels (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn) and the channels of the companies under the Creator Nation umbrella, including scheduling and posting all content
• Own the social content calendar and brief the Social Content Producer on content needs, timing, and ideas that fit upcoming moments and trends
• Manage community engagement across channels, including responding to comments, DMs, and mentions and engaging with Creators, partners, and fans
• Keep executive social presence (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram) in sync with company channels, including coordinating executive posts around company announcements
• Present social media best practices to internal teams
• Track weekly performance, trending sounds and formats, and competitor activity and share recommendations with the team
• Draft captions and social copy and route content through approvals

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing social channels for a brand, company, or talent
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn and their scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout, Later, or similar)
• Strong instinct for what to post and when, and the ability to brief a producer clearly
• Excellent writing and attention to detail, including in a company and executive voice
• Comfortable engaging publicly on behalf of a brand and its executives
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands and calendars at once
• Passion for the creator economy, music, and live entertainment

Compensation: The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $28.85/hr - $34.62/hr.
