Penn State Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support health care services, specimen collection, and routine lab studies. You will coordinate patient flow, schedule appointments, and handle phone messages while serving as a preceptor for new MA orientation and student instruction.
The role requires a High School diploma, BLS certification (or within 6 months), and CMA/RMA certification or active CMA/RMA status within 90 days of employment. Sign-on bonus is available.

Responsible for providing assistance with various health care services, for obtaining specimens, for conducting routine lab studies of specimens, and for assisting with administrative functions such as coordinating patient flow and scheduling appointments and phone messages. Serve as a trained preceptor for new medical assistant orientation and for instruction of medical assistant students.
