Job summary

The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a Coordinator of Behavior Services in Williamsville, NY. This full-time leadership role oversees behavior supports across Residential, Education, Day Habilitation, Clinical, and Community programs, supervising Behavior Technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include assessments, behavior plan development, staff training, and ensuring compliance with OPWDD and SED standards. Strong leadership and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, or related clinical field.
• BCBA, NYS Mental Health Counseling license, or OPWDD-qualified Level 1/2 BIS.
• Required continuing education and credential maintenance.

• Provide staff training and consultation.

Lead Behavioral Excellence Across Our Agency

We’re looking for a confident clinical leader to oversee and strengthen behavior services across our Residential, Education, Day Habilitation, Clinical, and Community programs. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and person-centered behavior support services while supervising Behavior Technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
