Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an energetic in-person marketing representative to engage prospective and current resort owners on-site. You will schedule guests for presentations, act as a brand ambassador, and work with resort staff to ensure smooth arrival and screening processes.

The role involves greeting and incentivizing attendees to join sales-preview tours while adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards. Training and ongoing goal setting are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
• Job experience 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Job Summary

In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time).
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)

Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site’s area.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
