Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s York Vehicle Operations facility invites you to join as Coordinator Manufacturing. You will support the assembly process, manage AGCs and real-time monitoring on the production floor, and work with SAP data in quality management.

The role requires a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and the ability to work extended hours including weekends. The pay range is $65,100–$97,700 with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

Manufacturing experience (1+ years).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with SAP for quality data management.
MS Office proficiency including Excel; ability to use .NET if needed.

Responsibilities

Utilization of SAP for quality data management.
Operate and move AGCs using teach pendants on the shop floor.
Perform system audits to ensure AGC performance.
Support team leaders, operators and supervisors with AGC issues.
Focus on customer service to minimize assembly downtime.
Lead continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
