Omnicom Media Group seeks a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to manage onboarding, records, and HR operations in a hybrid Burbank setting. You’ll support new hire processes, IT provisioning, weekly orientations, and employee data changes in Workday while assisting Talent Acquisition and internship programs.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced media environment.

The Coordinator, Human Resources helps with administering the day-to-day functions and processes of the Human Resources team. This candidate is highly organized, has a strong attention to detail, loves to problem solve and is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed.
