This role focuses on administrative coordination, tracking, and communication to ensure workflows move efficiently and accurately across departments.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day communication between Fox Nation and internal departments.
• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings.
• Maintain and update trackers for deliverables, payments, and asset inventory.
• Assist with documentation preparation for legal, finance, and production workflows.
• Support invoice coordination and routine payment follow‑ups.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of skills and demonstrated experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-33.65 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
