We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities and Fleet Coordinator to oversee the administration and maintenance of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of our fleet and facility to support the business's goals and objectives. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our business.
Education and Experience Requirements: An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities coordination or property management; 1-2 years of experience assisting with fleet or vehicle asset management preferred.
Valid Driver’s License
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 50 pounds.
Minimal travel may be required for this position.
