The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation's Office of Evaluation seeks a proactive Coordinator to support meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and document management within a collaborative team. The role drives operational excellence and requires effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
You will interact with grantees, assist with proofreading, and help ensure smooth operations for the department, reporting to the Managing Director of Evaluation.

About the Department
The Office of Evaluation focuses on designing, facilitating, and supporting the Foundation’s efforts to proactively measure, assess, and learn from its grantmaking programs. The Coordinator is an integral and active part of the Evaluation department, which includes active participation in meetings, seminars, site visits, etc. The Coordinator works closely with the Associate to the Managing Director to ensure smooth operations for the department, and reports to Managing Director of Evaluation.
