Hermès in New York seeks a Digital Strategy Coordinator to drive growth within the eCommerce division. You will optimize product assortment, analyze user needs and market trends, and make actionable recommendations to enhance the online customer journey.
Responsibilities include daily sales/inventory reporting, cross‑functional collaboration, and supporting market prep for buying appointments. Weekend availability is required and proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
The eCommerce team oversees all aspects of the Hermès.com business while supporting omnichannel services as a cross‑functional member within the Hermès corporate & retail network. The team deploys digital initiatives, enhances the online assortment, and optimizes the platform for ease in the user journey.
As the Digital Strategy Coordinator, you will help to drive growth under the eCommerce division and greater teams. You will support the team in reaching full sales potential by optimizing the product assortment, evaluating user needs, identifying market trends, and making actionable recommendations for ease in the online journey.
Additional responsibilities may arise due to the needs of our business quickly evolving and shifting.
The range for this position is $28.65–$33.35 per hour. Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience.
