Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Category Support professional to help execute monthly promotional plans and monitor food and beverage products across stores. You will assist with rollouts, testing, and signage development while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities include tracking product deliveries, entering pricing into the Price Book, and ensuring clear communication of initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in retail or business preferred.
• Minimum one year retail store or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Travel less than 20%.

• Partner with vendors to execute marketing plans through distribution channels and into the stores
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job Description

Qualifications

• Minimum one year retail store and/or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with a diverse work team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize based upon immediate or long-term needs of the category
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Travel required is less than 20%
