Job summary

Sodexo Group is hiring a Coordinator at Troy University in Troy, Alabama. This full-time role requires open availability across all shifts and strong attention to detail to coordinate events, catering, reservations and other services for clients.

You'll act as the main point of contact, handle administrative tasks, logistics, scheduling, and on-site problem solving, while delivering excellent oral and written communication. Benefits include a comprehensive package and growth opportunities.

• Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports.
• Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown and on-site problem resolution.
• May assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets and staffing requirements.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
